Description
The Behringer 2600 is a semi-modular analog synthesizer that offers a faithful reproduction of the classic ARP 2600 design. It features three voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs), a multi-mode voltage-controlled filter (VCF)/resonator section, envelope generators, and a mixer/reverb section. The Behringer 2600 also includes several enhancements over the original ARP 2600, such as MIDI and USB connectivity, additional waveform outputs on oscillator three, PWM input for oscillators two and three, and a choice between two classic filter designs. This synthesizer provides musicians with an affordable option to experience the iconic ARP 2600 sound while benefiting from modern improvements and conveniences.
